Man arrested over Leeds business robberies

A man has been arrested in connection with two recent robberies at businesses in Leeds.

The 34-year-old man was arrested last night on suspicion of a robbery at the McDonald’s restaurant, in Killingbeck Drive, on Monday (31/12) and a robbery at Brown & Gold Pawnbrokers, at Seacroft Green Shopping Centre, on Saturday (29/12). He remains in custody.

Two other men, aged 29 and 37, were previously arrested in connection with that incident and released under investigation.
